Terms of Service and Disclaimer/Waiver

 

Payer/Clients must be 18 years of age or older. 

Readings are for entertainment purposes only.

This service does not replace medical, legal, financial, or mental health consultations with licensed professionals. Payer/Client is solely responsible for all decisions made, actions taken, and conclusions reached before, during, and after this service. Provider of service (Kristina Jean) is not liable or responsible for outcomes or losses in any way. Payer/Client will be honest to the best of their knowledge regarding their family background and personal experiences. Please come to the reading with an open heart and mindset. The more you are closed off from the experience the more difficult the connection is and the spirit communication. No video recordings are allowed unless created by provider of service.  Audio recordings are allowed, however, not to be posted on social media or anywhere else. Only for client use. Payer/Client will not approach service with intent to prove wrong or defame provider of service without prior notification of such intent to provider of service. Kristina Jean is not responsible in any way for actions, conclusions, or decisions made by Payer/Client before, during, or after this service. Use service at your own risk.

Readings are recorded and archived for legal purposes only. If provider (Kristina Jean) would like to use your video for publication purposes, Kristina will do so with written consent from the client.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All sales are final. If client wishes to cancel for any reason, cancellations must be done at least two weeks before scheduled reading. Only 50% of the session cost will be refunded. Clients may reschedule at no cost twice. 

Kristina Jean reserves the right to refuse service to any one, for any reason, at any time.  

If Kristina Jean has to stop a session prematurely due to the actions, behavior, or intent of Client, no refund will be issued. 

If Kristina Jean has to cancel a session due to emergency or time conflict, an offer to reschedule will be extended. If the offer to reschedule is rejected, a full refund will be issued. 

If you don't show up to your session you will be charged a $25 fee if you want another session otherwise you will not be refunded for not showing up to your original session. There are NO exceptions to the above policies.
